5 Pound Pork Loin, 2 cold and wet outside. So lets have some fun inside.

Prep the pan and my recipe.

Take the pork loin from bag, rinse and pat dry. Place in pan fat side up. Score with sharpe knife.

I took the dry ingredients and added olive oil so i could spread with a brush.

Place in oven (or smoker) set at 375. Let it cook until 155-165. How do you monitor food in a hot over. Tappecue has an Air Probe that connects VIA bluetooth. And can transmit to smart device outside the the oven.

Pull from cooker and let rest for 5-10 minutes.

Slice and enjoy.
