Recipe makes a 12″ pizza, I double recipe by making two batches. Measure everything twice. First time in food processor and second time in a bowl. Food processor would not handle double recipe

CRUST
170g grated cheese mozzarella
85g almond flour
40g cream cheese
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
Pinch of salt

TOPPINGS
As desired, I prefer pork sausage and pepperoni.

Preheat oven to 425F. Prepare ingredients before making dough.

Here my sweetie has browned a pound of pork sausage.

All ingredients ready for assembly

Now process dough.

Run food processor until mix looks like below.

Dump onto parchment paper

Now run the second batch and add to first.

Compress it together, it sorta sticks, to form a ball.

Add a second parchment paper on top. Work with hands, dough roller, a book, until you get the shape and size. Take a fork and poke holes into dough to prevent bubbles

Slide a peel under the parchment and slide into oven on a preheated pizza stone

Bake for 12 minutes.

Add topping as desired and back in over for 6 minutes.
