Yard Bird thighs on my PitBoss CH7

This is a simple very easy recipe.  Start with a package of chicken thighs.  I spray the skin side with oil, and skin side down on a cooking rack.  I then apply a rub on the meat side.  In most cases, Montreal Chicken is a winner.

These were loaded onto my PitBoss CH7 pellet cooker, set at 275.  Here they are 1/2 way done.

2 hours total cook time, and pulled.

A note on these pans.  They are sold on Amazon as P7P Chief Large baking Sheet and cooking rack set.  20x14x1.2  Here you see the grid in the raised configuration.

Flip then over, grate down, fill with hot soapy water, and let them soak

Brush them loose,  and they fit in our Dishwasher.
