Full recipe credit to “The Modern Proper”

Part 1, prep.

Recipe gave a time for preparation, I’m willing to bet that time if everything is premeasured and precut. So, we started with Frozen Shrimp from Walmart. Thaw under running water, and layout on paper towels to dry.

Bagged and in fridge.

Now for the Vegetables, started with over a half pound asparagus, trimmed from the tender end, until hard to cut. Bagged and in fridge.

Next snow peas, called for 1 cup, cut the down and packed the cup. Bagged and in fridge.

Next red bell pepper, sliced up and slices cut in half. Bagged and in fridge.

Now, lets pre-make the sauce. Also in the fridge
